- easy to get from the airport. Very close to Canada Line that goes directly to city center - storage room, I could leave my bags, explore the city and pick them up on the way back to the airport. It made my stay much easier and Im thankful for that. - clean big room, comfortable bed. Quite place. - very friendly reception. Guy was helping me with things to do in Vancouver and provided maps. Important: - free shuttle from/to airport reservation atleast one day before check-in/out. I was too late with my request. So keep this info in mind when booking a shuttle. - early breakfast, 5:30- 9:30. Can be a big Plus if you have to check out early. Or you can just miss it accidentally (like me) mistakenly thinking it is at least till 10am.

The staff were super friendly and super willing to answer any question or request. They’re fantastic. The hotel itself, was good, clean rooms comfy beds and great pillows. Yeah the hotel looks a tad aged, but it’s essentially an airport hotel, so you’re staying for only a night or two, so it’s provides everything you need for short stays. The breakfast is ok, more I healthy than healthy, but decent enough that you’ll survive. Around the hotel, if you want to stretch your legs, you’ll find plenty of eating options. The shuttle from the airport to the hotel was easy and it’s only 5-10 mins away - this was one of the main reasons we booked this hotel. It’s good value for Canadian hotel prices.

Upon our arrival we called a hotel to let them know we are at the airport , within 10-15 minutes we had shuttle pick us up . Driver was very professional , loaded and u loaded our bags for us which was nice . At the desk staff was very kind , professional and helpful . Location was good for what we needed it for . Sky train and couple of food places were walking distance . Also to note: when we arrived they told us if we need a shuttle ride back to the airport to notify them 24 hours in advance which we did and ride back to the airport was provided . Over all our experience was very good and would recommend it a, we wouldn’t mind staying there again in our future visits . Thank you

The provision of a free shuttle pick up from the airport was a very important factor coming in late in the evening. The location of the hotel near Bridgeport transport centre was also another very important factor. This is where the bus transfer to the BC Ferries originates and the skytrain to the city departs very frequently from here. The inclusion of breakfast was another deciding factor and the breakfast provided was substantial. The room was more than large enough, had all the facilities required and was quiet and comfortable.

This hotel isn’t fancy but it has so much going for it. Close to airport. Good value. A shuttle service that I haven’t used but I will. A breakfast included. And just down the street from a good restaurant called the Story Cafe. Comfortable beds and clean. And a short walk to River Rock Casino, other good dim sum restaurants and so much cheaper than a hotel in Vancouver. It’s now my go to when I have to stop in Vancouver after a late flight before travelling back to Victoria the next day and vice versa.
